Our kitchen staff, besides the gastronomic regular menus, is proudly prepared to offer a series of high-level tasting menus, using among all local ingredients, mushrooms, truffles, local meats, we also have a vegetarian menu. All menus can be accompanied by the best Tuscan wines recommended by our Sommeliers.

Gastronomic dinners :
they are prepared by our kitchen staff for particular events, we can also do them in ancient buildings and noble villas in magic atmospheres, and with the best of our culinary repertoire.

Cooking courses:
since few years we organize cooking courses. We have two lines: one to rediscover traditional disches belonging to Tuscany and the other more modern in line with the fashions and tendencies of the moment.

Cooking at your home
if for any motive you cannot go to the restaurant to celebrate your birthday, an anniversary or whatever, Genuino and his genius comes to your house where, in the corner of your kitchen, he will think about doing everything: from the expenses to the preparation of the menu, the dressing of the table, the service and finding the appropriate wine for the food, etc... a restaurant in your house!!!!
